These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atribu platform (“Atribu”, “we”, “us”, “our”), available at https://atribu.co.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Atribu.
1. About Atribu
Atribu is an online marketplace that connects users (“Clients”) with wellness practitioners, coaches, retreat organizers, and venue owners (“Practitioners”).
Atribu does not provide wellness services directly; all services are delivered by independent Practitioners.

2. Definitions
- Client: A user who books or purchases services offered on Atribu.
- Practitioner: A professional offering wellness services, sessions, or retreats.
- Venue Owner: An owner or manager of a physical space listed on Atribu.
- Service: Any activity, session, or retreat offered by a Practitioner via the platform.
- Booking: A confirmed reservation made by a Client for a Service.
- Platform: The website, application, tools, and communication systems provided by Atribu.
3. Eligibility
To use Atribu, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have legal capacity to enter contracts.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Practitioners must be 18 or older and legally authorized to provide the services they list.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to book or offer services.
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and updated information
- Keep your password secure
- Not share your account with third parties
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Atribu may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Services Offered on Atribu
Atribu allows the listing and booking of:
- Wellness sessions (yoga, meditation, holistic coaching, massage, etc.)
- Retreats and wellness events
- Venue rentals for wellness activities
- Other related services approved by Atribu
Practitioners are solely responsible for the quality, legality, accuracy, and safety of the services they offer.
6. Role of Atribu (Marketplace Status)
Atribu acts only as an intermediary:
- We do not provide wellness services.
- We do not supervise or employ Practitioners.
- We do not guarantee the outcome of services.
Contracts for services are formed directly between Clients and Practitioners.
Atribu is not liable for:
- Service quality or results
- Practitioner conduct
- Injuries, damages, or losses arising from services
- Cancellations or delays caused by Practitioners or Clients
However, we may assist in dispute resolution (Section 17).
7. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Clients agree to:
- Pay the full amount at the time of booking
- Provide accurate billing information
- Comply with any Practitioner-specific pricing terms
Atribu may charge a service fee or transaction fee, displayed at checkout.
Practitioners agree:
- Atribu may deduct platform fees before transferring payouts
- They are responsible for taxes related to their earnings
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Practitioners may set their own cancellation policies, visible on their listing.
Unless otherwise defined:
- Client-initiated cancellations: Refund according to the Practitioner’s policy
- Practitioner-initiated cancellations: Full refund to the Client
- No-show by Client: Non-refundable
- Rescheduled sessions: Allowed if both parties agree
Atribu may issue refunds at its discretion for:
- Fraudulent transactions
- System errors
- Services not delivered
A detailed Refund Policy can be provided separately.
9. Practitioner Responsibilities
Practitioners must:
- Provide accurate service descriptions
- Hold proper certifications or insurance when required by law
- Maintain a safe and professional environment
- Arrive on time and deliver the service as agreed
- Respect Client privacy and health information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Atribu may request verification documents and may suspend accounts failing verification.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate health, safety, or preference information if required
- Arrive on time
- Respect Practitioner rules and property
- Not misuse or disrupt services
- Not engage in inappropriate or illegal conduct
Atribu may suspend users who behave abusively or violate platform rules.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- List illegal or unsafe services
- Provide misleading or false information
- Harass, exploit, or harm others
- Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
- Upload harmful files (malware, etc.)
- Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Copy or scrape content without permission
- Impersonate another person
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
12. Content on the Platform
Atribu may allow users to publish:
- Profiles
- Images
- Service descriptions
- Reviews
- Messages
By posting content, you grant Atribu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Your content does not infringe third-party rights
- Your content is lawful and appropriate
- You own or have rights to the content you upload
Atribu may remove content violating these Terms.
13. Reviews and Ratings
Clients may leave reviews after completing services.
Reviews must be:
- Honest
- Respectful
- Non-defamatory
Atribu may moderate or remove abusive or fraudulent reviews.
14. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including:
- Text
- Images
- Logos
- Branding
- Software
- Design
belongs to Atribu or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
Atribu processes personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR.

By using Atribu, you agree to:
- The collection and use of your data for platform functionality
- Sharing necessary data with Practitioners for booking fulfillment
We do not sell personal data.
16. Liability
Atribu is not liable for:
- Injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from services
- Actions or omissions of Practitioners or Clients
- Losses resulting from incorrect information
- Service cancellations or changes
- Force majeure events
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atribu’s liability is limited to:
→ the total amount paid by the Client for the affected booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Fraud
- Intentional misconduct
- Any liability that cannot be limited under EU law
17. Dispute Resolution
Clients and Practitioners should attempt to resolve disputes directly.
If unsuccessful, Atribu may assist but is not obligated to intervene.

18. Account Suspension or Termination
Atribu may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraud
- Abusive behavior
- Illegal activities
- Non-payment or chargebacks
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows
Users may delete their account at any time.
19. Modifications to the Platform
Atribu may modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Material updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
Continued use of Atribu constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by:
- French law (for contractual framework)
- EU consumer rules (for users based in the EU)
Disputes shall be resolved in French courts unless mandatory EU consumer rights apply.
